Maintenance Requests
Maintenance requests can be communicated to our Maintenance Department by emailing maintenance@cariboupm.com, calling our office at 608.286.3825 and selecting the Maintenance option, or by sending us a request through your online Resident Center portal. Maintenance requests are prioritized and scheduled by our maintenance team daily.
AFTER HOURS EMERgencies
Our Maintenance Team is on-call after business hours and on weekends for emergency matters that cannot wait until the next business day. Please call 608.630.6020 for this reason. Please note that this is not to be used for regular maintenance requests, but for emergencies only. This includes: no heat, no power, no hot water, flooding, overflowing toilets, refrigerator or freezer failure, fire, or broken security doors.

WINTER STREET PARKING IN MADISON
For those of you residing in a property in Madison, you may have seen that the city has begun enforcing the alternate-side parking rules. This is enforced in the City of Madison from November 15th to March 15th yearly. The rules, outlined below, are taken directly from the City of Madison website:
Park on the EVEN house numbered side of the street on even numbered days from 1:00-7:00am.
Park on the ODD house numbered side of the street on odd numbered days from 1:00-7:00am.
Violations of the Alternate Side Parking rules are subject to a fine of $20 when a Snow Emergency has NOT been declared.
Violations of the Alternate Side Parking rules are subject to a fine of $60 when a Snow Emergency HAS BEEN declared.
These rules are enforced at all times from Nov 15 to Mar 15, regardless of weather conditions. Please visit the City of Madison Winter Parking website for more information.
